Photoshoot Evaluation

We took a few pictures in Deyes High School, as although we are doing a school newsletter/magazine for Maricourt High School, the interior of schools are pretty similar, so we done inside pictures at Deyes to cut the time it would take. We may or may not use this pictures, but these were the first pictures we took and can be used as practice ones, and to practice our photoshop skills.

Evaluation

What shots did you take?

In Deyes High School, we took several pictures in a classroom. Me and another member of the media class, Liam, took pictures of eachother 'hard at work' as we can use this to show the hard working, pupils of the school, and we also took pictures of the new Apple Mac's to show a modern school.

Were there any problems?

There were no problems taking pictures but, because we are pupils from another school we needed to take pictures in Deyes so we didn't waste time but we will take pictures in Maricourt for next lesson so we can start photoshopping them ready to use in the school newsletter/magazine.

Are there any shots that you will be able to use in your prelim task?

The pictures I have taken up to now, might be used in my final school magazine because they are the right images that I intended to get, but I may retake them in Maricourtso that the images are correct. If I do use the images they will be used as smaller images on the magazine because they are only showing hard working pupils but not the whole of the school and what the school can give to pupils.

Are you going to have to arrange more pics to be taken?

I am going to arrange for more pictures to be taken, as I need pictures of Maricourt and the buildings and pupils there, I will be taking them within the next few days so I can begin to photoshop them.

Is there anything you will need to do on your next photoshoot that you could not/did not do before?

On the next photoshoot I will need to be in my own school so that I can get pictures outside as well as inside classrooms, I will also because taking pictures of younger pupils in the school so that we can see the uniforms of Maricourt.
